Sleek Header Design - Looking for Creative Designers

I've created a new product called "The Traffic Dashboard" and I'm looking to create a header design for the member's area.

I'm looking to create a customized header design for my member's area.

The header should be 879px - 977px wide.
170px high.

Here's an example of the basic idea that I'm looking for...

I like how it's simple but striking.

I'm wanting to use the same idea with the icons in the background.

Not an exact copy of course, but something similar.

I like the color scheme of the example (http://www.buzzblogger.com/images/O…ePress.jpg) but I would like to use green and black instead of the blue and black.

Also, instead of saying "optimize press Create Pages That Convert Fast!" I'd
like the header to say: "Traffic Dashboard Point-and-Click Your Way to Increased Traffic"

So Traffic would be in black. Dashboard would be in green and the "Point-and-Click Your Way to Increased Traffic" would be in grey. (similar to example).

Besides that, feel free to be creative :)
