We're launching the app at a premier coffee shop that serves between 300-500 customers a day. She is going to be launching a loyalty program using Adored, but it will not be a traditional loyalty reward. Her brand values art and high quality, Therefore, discounting or giving coffee away is out of the question. What we've decided to do is for every customers 10th visit that has Adored she'll donate $2 to Artists for Humanity, which is a local art charity.
Every customer will be given a card (ideally 2x6" or something similar) that is meant to educate them on Adored, the loyalty program, and encourage them to download the app.
Get creative with layout and messaging. We want the Adored brand to be present. However, it needs to speak to Voltage's customers and match her brand as well. Here are the key points that need to be included.
