JIFU in Chinese means "an abundant life" - we are a travel club that offers its members access to wholesale travel pricing for a monthly fee. Our members have access to the same inventory sites as Expedia/Priceline and all the websites this duopoly owns, the difference is we do not mark up the prices and our members save $$$! Our target audience is females 25-40's. Think: "wives/females who are planning and booking travel for their family" many are pretty socially savvy. They watch Tasty/Buzzfeed videos on devices, they love emojis and bitmojis, they are always planning and plotting ways to give their families MORE. What is JIFU? [Elevator pitch] Discover the secret to travel deals. Hint: You're paying too much! Other "discount" sites mark your prices way up. JIFU= exclusive access to unsold or vacancy pricing with no hidden costs or markup.

Travel company needs a "Hell Yeah" feel! We've been spinning wheels over the last few weeks and really need to dial in a rebel brand we can use to differentiate ourselves. Below are some campaigns/brands we really resonate with. We are looking for a postcard (4x6 in.) Ideas to start: Our members have the option to share "Buddy Passes" (Buddy Pass) to friends so they can also see discounts on travel. This is the nexus of our business model. Please consider the following tagline when designing the campaign: "It's more fun to travel with a Buddy! If you want to pay more, be their guest." ["Their" refers to other travel companies who mark up their travel prices, unlike JIFU] The visual will hopefully be the starting point for an entire campaign or "look" for our brand. Keep it edgy, vintage is ok- maybe even using old travel photos with women discussing these sarcastic remarks together. You can play with the "FU" in our name, it's funny- we get it. We have also toyed with the idea of giving the mainstream travel sites the "bird" (our logo). Scan the hashtag #adultingishard - lots of funny memes about this topic that would resonate with our audience. OR- come up with something entirely different to sell the message that people are paying too much for travel. Many of our active members are young go-getters who are savvy with social media and expect cheeky, witty, radical material. We'd love to also be able to blend the raw, edgy content with inspiring travel graphics when appropriate (our older demographic members and potential members). What we can't do is deliver snoozer templates/assets that look like something created in Canva/Moo. JIFU Idea Board Attaching the current brand guide and logos. What I love about our logo is the colors and I can really see us playing on the use of bold patterns, fonts and imagery + quippy copy. Bad. Travel sites.) (Hint: rhyme with rice wine and mix-media) JIFU has the access to the same inventory as said 2 companies One big diff. JIFU doesn't mark up the prices. Slogans we've throwing out, don't feel like you need to use them but they will hopefully get the juices flowing: Stop searching, here's your deal. Netflix of travel Never miss an adventure.
