This double sided 8.5 x 11 brochure will be used in two ways (there will be two final versions). Datto will use it as part of a package to market products and services to resale partners AND the resale partners will use it in combination with other branded product literature to sell the concept of business continuity, data backup & disaster recovery to end users. In the first instance, we want the "datto" logo and our contact information to appear prominently and our name to appear in the text ---as uploaded on Pages 1 & 2 of Data Center Text.docx. In the second instance, the text has been changed slightly to remove all references to "Datto" --pages 3 & 4 of the Data Center Text.docx The second document needs to be "brandable" by our resellers. Ideally a .pdf version with modifiable fields such as "insert company logo here", and "contact Info here" would be ideal for this piece. We plan to print some for our partners, but we want to make the document available as a customizable .pdf download on our website where they can input just their information and print out their own copies. It is important that they are only able to modify the parts of the .pdf where they can "brand" the document.
We want this document to convey the safety and security of the end-users' data. A conservative, document style look ie: a white paper style.
This is an 8 1/2 x 11 document that will be printed by us on our laser printer as well as by our resale partners using a variety of devices. The document should fill the entire printable area of the page, regardless of the printing device.
The final product will come in two versions, one with the Datto brand and text and one version which is "brandable" by our resellers.
The final versions should be sent in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator including all fonts/links. Images/fonts should be print & web quality. Print/web-ready .pdf files of each must also be included.
Again - while we want this document to convey the safety and security of the end-users' data, the content is dry, so the brochure needs to be graphically enticing!
