The 99Designs process went well. We are happy with the finished product and I like the fact that I could pause during the process to accommodate other commitments. It might have been good to cast a broader net for design concepts initially. Once the initial sketch was shared with the brief, It was a bit of a challenge to get designers to move away from the first design.
