We build single family homes that are a little bit of an upgrade froma starter home but not a full custom home. Our target is the wife and Mom in the relationship. We want to make the marketing appealing to women but not so feminine that men don't want to be associated with it. the design of the houses is reminiscent of the design that magnolia homes does. our target market will make anywhere from $100,000-$150,000/year and will probably have small children and be in the first 5-10 years of marriage.
