We are digging a 150 mile long trench to build a "green energy project" to install an underground powerline from Canada to New York City that will take hydro electric power into NYC. Much of the 150 miles is on railroad property and along public highways. The target audience is the project team of nearly 1,000 people working on the project to make it a success.
