mcfrance is a designer who was not one of the finalists I had in mind but I took him into the final round because there was room to take in more finalists and I saw potential in him even though I did not like his initial entries.

It took a lot of cooperative work - providing feedback on a regular basis, his willingness to take instructions and patience in trying out different options plus his professional skills. It all added up to make him a winner.

But above all, I believe God was behind this.
