Bea is clearly a talented designer. We liked her work right from the beginning but were left dissatisfied at the end. Bea would disappear into a black hole for long periods of time and we totally blew past the deadline by such a large margin that one of the partners could no longer be involved. In the end we didn't get what we needed and had to pay more elsewhere.
As a team we've used 99d a few times prior but this has left us with a sour taste.
