I have multiple, successful, IT consulting firms that mainly deal with mid level clients. We have an opportunity to service larger firms or VC's acquiring companies where they need to analyze the infrastructure of the company in question.

Big fish with a good deal of money to invest in the acquisition of companies, but need a firm to protect their investment by evaluating the Business systems/ IT / Phone system infrastructure. Black Jacket Systems is the "protector" / Investigator of all systems within the clients potential acquistion. We do the homework so there are no surprises after the sale.
