$2500 for the Cleanest and Most Accessible Design!

We are a parking company. Our goal is to make our clients the most money out of their parked domains. What we do is display relevant landing pages with advertisements for every domain parked with us.

The project requires designing a single page that we'd use for our parked domains. We recently ran a similar contest on 99Designs with a lot of success, so we are hoping to have as much luck here as well.

To get an idea of what your design should look like, please take a look at attached Design1/Design2.jpg. Those are landing pages of our competitors. What I am looking for is something along those lines.

The cleaner and more accessible the design is, the more likely I will like it. :)

I have attached a wire frame of how certain elements should be positioned. Wire frame only provides the placement of elements, it does NOT portray actual dimensions. I just quickly drew it up in MSPaint.

The design should be designed for a minimum of 1024px width browser windows.

You are only responsible for the design of the home page as shown in attachments. The winner will work with me on creating any sub pages if necessary (he/she will be paid extra for after the contest is over).
