Construction Website Design

I need a nice, clean website designed for a construction company. I needs to be very nice, clean and elegant.

This is a website for a contruction company providing framing of houses, barns, patios, concrete work etc.

The website needs to have a clean look. It will be relatively simplewith only 3 menu items: Home, Projects, About/Contact. Note that the projects menu will have a drop-down coded in so best would be to have a horizontal menu bar, and no sidebar but feel free to show different ways of how it could be done.

- Clean and easy on the eyes
- The background on the sides of the static layout should resemble a blueprint.
- Needs to include the National Home Warranty logo: http://www.nationalhomewarranty.com
- Could have some wood grains worked in somehow, but please be careful with this as I want to keep a real clean look.
- I'm looking for something unique, but don't know what, so if you can think of something, it would be welcome!
- Please included rollover colors/images etc for the menu, as well as the colors for the drop down.

- No dark/black backgrounds.
