O que evitar
I want it to feel like NYC, without being cliche or corny. It should feel like authentic New York City. It can have a gritty feel, but should also be a high end presentation.

Attached is the homepage of the brand, where the blog will be featured/linked to, so elements of this homepage can be carried into the blog design for continuity.
Also attached are two screen grabs from TheBeat blog (linked above) which shows the blog's homepage and how the articles appear when clicked on. I like the feel of this blog. I would like to create a blog as nice as TheBeat, but with a brand feel of the NYclips homepage.
