Yoga Bear Computer Repair

We are a mobile and onsite computer repair and IT Services company that serves about 12 cities in the Sacramento, CA area.

The company culture is in between a well funded startup, and a small local business that remembers our customers by name.

We serve both residential customers, and also large businesses.

Our target audience is aged 22-80.

We are about six years old, and are currently #1 on Yelp and Google Reviews in our area.

I like the layout and color scheme of this site. It has great call to actions, colors that pop, and flows nicely. The user isn't overwhelmed with information. It is straightforward and clean. This is a great example of the type of site I would like to have, from colors, to layout, to design.

Let's tell our story with beautiful images and catchy titles. We don't need huge briefs of text that the customer will never read!

I do not want a site that is all white, blue, gray and black.

Even though we fix computers, this is a PEOPLE business. We must blend my company culture and personality with the technology. Yoga Bear is friendlier and more communicative than the other generic computer repair companies, and our repairs are top of the line. A traditional computer repair web site will never work for my brand.

Site should be somewhere between a well funded start up, and a local business. While we are a local company, we are top rated on every site (yelp, google etc) and will probably expand into other markets.

We must find a subtle or semi-subtle way to emphasize the fact that we are #1 on Yelp with a perfect 5 star rating and 165 reviews etc. This adds credibility.

Site must have very strong call to actions, and lead generation forms for customers to request an appointment online. I like the orange red color that backpackmoves.com uses for their call to actions. Forms seem to look near the bottom of the page.

Site must appeal to both residential and business customers.

While the company name has 'Yoga Bear' in it, the design itself does not need to involve Yoga or Bears. The company name was chosen many years ago before I knew the company would become as big as it is.

Design should also make sense from a responsive perspective. My developer must be able to make it look good on all platforms (not just desktop)

Some of the content and layout on my current site meets my needs... but the design itself is what is suffering. I would like to keep certain portions such as 'meet the staff' and 'about yoga bear' on the home page.

Looking for a design for our homepage. Will have a lot of additional internal pages that need to be designed and will happily work with the winner of the contest.
