In 1985 my new wife-I began to work for company-much success. my wife left to start a family and I began a homebuilding career using the Pate Real Estate name as the listing agent but built my own brand. year 2000 buildng company bankrupt. It had steamrolled its way to the top and then collapsed. I left the area and started a successful business in the real estate industry. Since 2000, I have assisted over 68,000 families purchase a first home nationwide. that's a lot. using my developed skill sets of attracting new customers, marketing, drip campaigns, website development, etc, and the need for my children to now have company in this field, I am partnering with my mother to take over her company and move in the direction of building the largest property management business in the entire area-may expand outside immediate area.
