WHY THIS SITE? I am a nurse. Having two children. Got a burnout 1,5 years ago. Still struggling. Working 60%. Starting to blog. Want to share my knowledge about health. Share honestly about my own challenges. And want to start a senter LATER to get different professions together (sharing their knowledge) to help more people living their life. Finding their fully potential - not holding themself back in shame, fright, or disappointment. TARGET AUDIENCE: - Family; mums and dads, - People with mental illnesses, - «Healthy" people with patterns holding themselves back - that they don't see themselves - All kind of people - People interested HOW? - through my story (blog) - through information (articles) I want people to contact me, and interact with me. I want to find my way - through this site - to help others: - coaching - guidance - courses; movement... - other methods…
Ideais de estilo
IMPORTANT ON THE DESIGN: - NOT a meditation site - I really want sceptic people to also get in touch. - FLEXIBLE site in use: Some pictures changeable, text easily changeable in length - not held back by design. - All pages should have possibilities for adding video or picture (wide or tall or square) - related to the text. I will often use YOUTUBE. - NOT sales oriented! Down to earth. A sense of trust, reliability. - Light or dark - BUT easy to read the whole way! - Clean wholistic design. Maybe boring but stylish look - THEN: add some touch of colors related to the logo to give a touch of something… Maybe changeable picture in the header - if you don’t get a great and different idea. - Spend time making the menu line visible and clean on the top of picture. And carefully choose a good background that suits the logo. IMPLEMENT SOME COLORS (from logo) and ELEMENTS SYMBOLIZING: - Human connection - Human interaction - Two people connecting with each other - Change - Be moved - Movement - To take action TEXT & FONT: - Carefully choose a round style of font - not hard. (Also suitable in the logo?) - All the text to be easy to read! For all kind of people! - A wholistic, calm setup on text style: Different titles (main title, H2, H3, ingress, and main text). - A nice block quote style to insert inside a text. - Bullet points - Number list - Links - Bold - Cursive WHAT KIND OF FEELING: Serious, confidence, trust. MY LOGO: - Might be changed (e.g. the tone of each color) - Might want to add this slogan into the logo: "- bli beveget!" (be moved)? - Change the logo however you want - to make what you visualize and feel! THE LOGO SYMBOLIZING: - colors of the rainbow - raindrops - 6 petals; the symbolism of the flower lies in the blossom, which also means change, from an internal closure, towards an opening to the outside. - the colors might symbolize all the people and differences in the world. - diversity, uniqueness, community, opposite (yin/yang) - red and green line might symbolize: engagement, movement, relation, contact, transformation, action - a wheel, one single great movement ALSO HIDDEN IN THE LOGO - IF YOU ARE CURIOUS: Vesica Piscis: Birthpassage or Fish. Heaven and Earth. Mind and Body. Connection. Feminine and masculine. Movement. And more..... Hexagon: The beehive - the bee flies out bringing things back to build something new - the beehive, the honey, the gold. (Nice symbol: You try something new, outside your safe patterns, and experience something new. Something to bring further to other people.) Within the hexagon; Metatrons cube is also hidden: All lines symbolizing the masculine and feminine that is all intimately woven together. All in the universe is bound to each other. If you play on one string, it makes reverberation in everything. Everything is woven together.... The logo also symbolize the David star. Two triangles on top of each other. The one - pointing upwards; masculine. The other - pointing downwards; feminine. Symbolizing perfection in life, nature, universe. The symbol existed before all the religions and is not actually religious.

PAGE 2 - MY STORY Min historie (= my story) Main goal: To give a longer brief about myself, what I have been through, what I see regarding relations around me, patterns, etc… PAGE 3 - ABOUT Jakten på helsa - BURNOUT & GENERAL TEXT ABOUT THE CATEGORIES Om Jakten på helsa (= About the pursuit of health) Main goal: To give a longer brief about this site, concept, what is burnout and what are my categories. PAGE 4 - BLOG POST Main goal: Main page of a category within blogs - explaining the category Main goal 2: This is the design for each blog post also - Picture in header must be changeable (at least on this page) - Important to make something on this page to remind that this is an ARTICLE page. - Comments after each blog post PAGE 5 - ARTICLE Main goal: Main page of a category within articles - explaining the category Main goal 2: This is the design for each article post also - Picture in header must be changeable (at least on this page) - Important to make something on this page to remind that this is an ARTICLE page. - Comments after each article PAGE 6 - CONTACT Main goal: Get people to interact with me. Short text Picture (changeable) Contact form MY DEVELOPERS CRITERIAS: - Know how to deliver tidy and correct to developers: “developer handoff”. - Giving all the different files they need. - Systematic use of headers, baseline grid, etc… - They prefer: XD, Sketch, Figma or Invision Studio.
O que evitar
The designer of my logo found it strange to see too much white - when the logo doesn't even have white. At the same time I want the page to be easy to read for everyone! Clean. Calm with a spike. And wholistic. Making people interested. Please trust yourself. Make something. As long as the image of the design fits my personality and concept;)
HOW TO DESIGN SO ALL KINDS OF ELEMENTS ARE SHOWN IN A BEAUTIFUL WAY? - I want the site to be as open and flexible as possible: - Long / short texts - I have both tall and wide pictures / videos. Amateur / professional looking. - At least having one page design (fitting the others) that are more changeable. Picture in the header etc… SOON: - podcasts - vlogging - online course site - later
