PropertyPro Manager is a startup company developing a mobile and internet property management solution that helps real estate property managers manage their buildings.
The software application, accessible from web-browser or a mobile device, has several major modules, including:
• Information Manager. Helps property managers track buildings, tenants, vendors and employees.
• To Do Manager. Helps property managers keep track of all of their to-do’s associated with their tenants, employees and vendors
• Tenant Portal. Private password-protected website where tenants submit service requests and view important building information.
• Building Maintenance Manager. Helps property managers manage all of their regularly-scheduled preventative maintenance and tenant-submitted service requests.
The scope of this project is to design the 4-page website whose sole purpose is to get customers to sign up for our service. (Note, this project does not include designing the service itself – this will be a later project).

Sites para inspiração
The look/feel of the site ought to be a friendly, web 2.0 look and feel. Our target market of small-midsizes property managers is not necessarily the most tech-savvy, so a friendly, colloquial, hand-holding voice may be desired.

--Home Page. Overall introduction of service, We did a wireframe on this, but feel free to experiment with different takes on this. This is the page I feel least confident about.
--Plans and Pricing. Shows grid of what features are available in each of our 3 plans. The page itself will continue down, and list all of the features on the attached Product Grid. Thought is that mousing over the question marks will describe each feature in more detail. Objective of the page is to get users to “Start Free Trial”. I think a grid feels like a good way to convey this information.
--Features. Describes all of the features that we offer, as detailed in the attached
Product Grid. You can see that each feature has a brief description associated with it. I think it is important to convey this information, but feel free to change layout/design as you see fit.
--SignUp. This is the page where user selects their plan.
Target market: small to midsized property mangers. The “basic” customer will be a single-person property manage who manages an average of 5 properties, and is also responsible for leasing. Think of this person as the jack-of-all-trades manager who has a million things going on at once. He is not technically sophisticated – over 30% still have a basic cell phone (not a smart phone). The next size up is a little more established – with between 2-10 property managers in their organization. A little more sophisticated, but real estate property managers are not cutting edge by any measure.
As mentioned earlier, this project is to convey what we do and get them to sign up for a free trial. The sole metric of our this site, once launched, will be conversion rate, and I expect we will continually experiment with design/copy to boost conversion rate. In that sense, this project is a direct response site.
