TryMyROI
The website is for an online realestate investment calculator that allows realtors to calculate the return on investment of a property for their clients. Realtors (and home buyer but realtors are the target market) come to the website, input property information and variables like mortgage rates and a ROI report is generated that they can use to impress their clients as a marketing tool.
The audience is both commercial and residential realtors male and female age 30-50. The logo needs to convey the idea that by using this service they will generate more customers. We want them to think of it as a marketing tool.
We will need an home page, and an internal content page variation done, for the fee. You can use a place holder logo, or go for the logo design seperately for $100
Simplicity is very important. Remove all unnecessary visual elements and be careful not to distract the user with to much decoration.
Use big bold text or icons to get the users attention but only where appropriate.Use of shadowing to make the site pop and almost appear 3-D is favored. The design must scale vertically.
The winner will be asked to provide us with PSD files of the design.
• Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
• Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo
