Web 2.0 design needed for exciting young company

We have various existing businesses in the fitness industry. We are young entrepreneurs who have been very successful in helping many fitness businesses with online and offline products and services.

We have a new service that automatically markets to new residents in an area. Our target client is health clubs, gyms, and personal training studios.

We need vibrant web 2.0 style site that has a bright theme, is aesthetically impressive and helps guide people to order the service.

I have written the project details in a Word Document below. I wanted to be very detailed so that you could have an easier time with this project.

My web designer did create an initial render for this. He is a good designer, but we need a bit more creativity and more ideas for this project. So I decided to pay one of you to design the site, then I'll have him do all of the programming. I am attaching his first render, and you can see my initial vision. This render has some of the elements I want, but it's not quite what I need. I'm not thrilled with the aesthetics of the layout. He did exactly as I asked, but it's not perfect. He is aware I am posting this project.

Our site will need a powerful home page, along with 5 tab pages and a "pricing" page.

In addition, if you have logo design skills, there is a $50 bonus for any designer that creates a logo we like. If we don't get one we like, we'll simply post that as a separate project on here next week.
