Ministry Visuals

My name is Matthew King, and my wife is Karen. We recently decided to build Ministry Visuals as a side business, but have full intentions of making our full time income over the next few years... We have a heart for Ministry, especially the video ministry, and would love to display the most professional looking site we can afford to have a competetive edge with our fellow video sites.

Karen has worked within the church all of her life, and I have been in the Army for the last 13 years, making it hard to run a side business. Together, we hope to accomplish this goal, and to work with many producers, affiliates, and churches as we can find!

we are targeting the new age church, mostly non demoninational churches who are in need of videos, illustrations, countdowns, mini-movies, and interview style videos they can use to hook their audience into their sermon.

Our secondary audience is the new and upcoming church that is non-demoninational or of the protestant faith who is unsure how to use video in their church and they are looking for help to build a video ministry or video worship center into their existing building or setup.

Our goals are two-fold: we plan to train, through seminars, workshops, and personal one-on-one training, how to build a video ministry into their church, and 2) we provide the tools, and the videos, backgrounds they need in order be properly equipped, and running smoothly and efficiently after we leave them.

Our products are for them, and for any other churches that need our videos.

Our target audience would be Pastors, and youth ministry leaders.

I need a header, a menu bar, a sidebar with space for login name and password, a shopping cart bug (that shows how many products they have in their cart, a main viewing area where the prospective buyer can preview videos, and below that, they can see a horizontal thumbnail display of maybe 5 to 7 videos with short descriptions they can see at a glance to click on. When they click on the display, the video would show up in the preview window.

Below that would be a footer display.

On the Menu Bar, the Menus (or other pages) I need to display are:

MAIN - ABOUT - BLOG - CONTACT - TRAINING - SEMINARS - PRODUCER LOGIN

Inside the page preferably on the sidebar (on the right), there should be a search box, so the clients can search for videos, and there should also be space for a "Top Ten Videos" list.

As far as background goes, I would like to see a dynamic colored background of some sort (see catholicmediahouse for an idea of what I mean), and as far as website colors go, I would like my color scheme to include the colors Plum (a dark purple), Black, a muted white, and Gold.

Please use the included files to create header logo, and a basis for the background, and overall look and feel of the page.
