Minvera Games is a new trading imprint of a magento based worldwide e-tailer of wargames and related accessories. Our aim is to become the number one outlet for discount wargaming and the 'go to' choice for wargame players and enthusiasts.

Our majority customer base is 15-30 year olds, predominantly male, who are already players of or have an interest in role based wargaming. In addition to the core market there are crossover sales to other areas such as model paints, structures and backgrounds etc.

The first page of the store should be eyecatching, simply laid out, fun and professional. We don’t like designs which look like linear grid based stores. We don’t want to look like every other magento store essentially but we still want to look like a store! The corporate colours come from the logo. This should be seen as the restricted colour palette with few deviations.

We are looking for a home page design, a product listing design and a product detail design all of which should be cohesive with each other and contribute to a flowing design that should not look templated yet should be able to be coded relatively easily within the Magento framework. The landing page need not be the first page of the shop but there needs to be cohesion between the site home and the shop home in terms of design.

•Menu/Category placement should be top or left with supporting information ‘About Us’ etc at page footer in a seperate page segment.
•Slideshow on startpage featuring different “offers of the day/popular products/featured items”.
•Search-box where you can fast-search for products
•Payment-logotypes; Visa, mastercard, paypal etc
•Links to Social Networking sites
•Shopping cart visibility on every page
