Design for main page should be main contest work, winner of contest must be in agreement of then creating the 2nd page, before payment of the $500 is awarded.

The 2nd page will be a simplified version of the first nothing too taxing.

Teesweb will own copyright to the work from the winning contestant and as such the designer of the winning design may not use such work in their portfolio, as the winning design will be listed as a site created by Teesweb.
