Resolver
We are an online issue-resolution tool. Our aim is to make the process of resolving issues simple and effective for both consumers and companies.
Our business essentially falls into three categories - our core consumer product, our business services product and our adjudication platform services.
The purpose of this project is to create a corporate website that potential business partners, investors, new clients and even prospective employees can visit in order to better understand the nature of resolver and the services it offers from a commercial perspective.
As this site is intended primarily to impress potential business clients, we want to push the idea that complaints can be a positive experience, so the theme of ‘love complaints’ is key for us. This could be expressed in strong images (Love Hearts sweets etc…) . We certainly think the theme of a heart is a strong one.
Please refer to our brand guidelines for our general colour palette
Page 1: Homepage
Opens with a powerful image, quite a long page that scrolls down.
Menu bar with hamburger and menu links that send you variously to places within that page and/or to other pages within the site
Main goal of this page: this is the backbone of the corporate site as it explains what we are, what we do for consumers, and what we can do for paying clients.
Page 2: Services page
This will eventually be three pages, detailing each one of the three corporate services we will offer. However, for now we would like only one to be designed, as this is the most developed of our business offerings.
A simple tile-based design is what we’re after, with an image that fades in a hover state to reveal text.
Page 3: The update page
This is where we tell people about updates to the business, news of investment, new business partners, new products etc.
Each piece of news/update article is on a tile; once clicked on, the tile will expand, revealing the information.
Page 4: Our team
This is where we have the opportunity to add personality to our website, and the business, by putting a bit of a human face to what we do.
Each member of the team gets their own ‘card’ (a bit like a Top Trumps card). This has their image on followed by their name and job title. Once clicked on, card expands, displaying a different image followed by job role and hobbies.
These two links are a sitemap and a wireframe for the project - you'll need to open them in a web browser and/or using 'draw.io diagrams'
