TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- I retain the right to reproduce, publish, and display project results in my portfolio, website, and other media or exhibitions for the purpose of showcasing creative excellence or professional growth.

- For private projects, an extra $250 charge will be added to the service cost. Designs for these projects will not be disclosed or published on any online platforms, ensuring total privacy. The delivered files will not appear in my portfolio, website, or any other media.

- All project entitlements will be transferred to the customer upon release of project payment.

- The Client agrees that, in the event that a Project is canceled for any reason other than a violation of the terms established by the Designer, no refund will be issued and no rights will be transferred. The Client acknowledges that the project remains incomplete, and therefore, waives the opportunity to provide a written review.

- If the customer chooses to receive more than one option as a final project, they will be charged an amount of $500.00 for each new option selected.

- All projects presented that are not selected as final designs can be used by the designer as he wishes.

- The price includes two general corrections after you choose a logo option

- Fast track orders are possible and charged 25% more.

- The duration of the project cannot exceed 25 or 30 days, depending on its nature.
