INITIAL PROJECT TIMELINE:

🚩 STEP 01 – Give me a detailed brief base on your project, then I will follow up, base on your brief
🚩 STEP 02 – I will show you some sample of design to know your expectation
🚩 STEP 03 – When the payment is secured, I’ll process for complete project
🚩 STEP 04 – In general the process will need 2-3 days designing process
🚩 STEP 05 – You review my design result, then we discuss the result, and if you dissatisfied we can try another round of ideas and need more briefly about the final expectation.

After we agree with the quote and start the project, this term and condition will be applied

1. The project duration maximum is 30 days starting from payment secured, in day 22 the project will ask to complete, on this timeline duration is total time collaboration. In general, it will take a maximum of 5 days to send the final item, include the time of the revision.
2. For refund issue, the refund will not be allowed especially after entering step 5, but if that any other issue that attends the project, the refund will apply up to 50%
3. If you don’t get any response from me in 48 hours, you have authorized to ask for a refund without debt
4. If the client (you) did not give a response, every 5 days, with a respect I will follow you to get certain information. Until day 15 (after 3 times followed up) if I didn’t get an update I will mark the project to complete, and you will get follow up by the system until 5
