Post this stage I will layout the information and work on the ux/flow of data in case you hav'nt put that down already. After this I will work on the visual identity of the page. The design will be tailor made and I will take into account all your preferences/ suggestions. One thing I can assure is that I will make sure the final design is a class apart (using templates is not my thing!) and exactly how you have envisioned it to be.
