I'm a yoga and mediation teacher based out of Los Angeles. I have created one successful general mediation podcast called "The Quest: 10-Minute Yoga Mediations." I am in pre-production for my second podcast, a political based meditation series called "Survive 45*: Meditations for America." From my perspective, everything is an opportunity for evolutionary growth and higher consciousness.
