We're thinking about square size flip card, graphic on cover, details on inside.
On the invite graphic we can imagine to include the following elements: surfboard, windsurf sail, cocktail, coconut, pineapple, flip flops and whatever you come up with for the summer/beach theme :-)
We have 2 surprise acts for which we would to incorporate small hints in the invite: Caribbean drums (see photo) and Drone show (at midnight).")

We will use this character as our avatar to post messages to our staff on our internet, wish staff Happy Birthday, present them with awards, etc. We are a very serious company and take healthcare very seriously. Our brand is very mature, modern, and simple. We use only black, white, and gray on our external facing marketing. This mascot doesn't have to follow our style guide as closely (although I have attached them just for reference). I'm okay with this mascot being a little serious or a little fun but not very goofy. Muted color pallets are okay and it doesn't necessarily need to be black and white but we don't want anything too bright or overpowering. We don't want to be too restrictive on your creativity. Be creative! Thanks!!")

"This design was on target for what we wanted. We wanted to keep with the basic design idea we had but the designer took the compass and used it in a place where we hadn't thought of using it (as the "A" in drafting) and this is what sold us on the conc..."
