The best designer is one who does not rest until perfection is achieved, and I believe I have this mindset. The trick is to always look for betterment, then for more, and then for more. Having an eye for spotting improvements, problems in interfaces and a mind for finding solutions for them are what a front-end developer must possess - which I know I do.
