The icon is a combination of the ‘B' and 'T’ in the business name BorTek. Focussing solely on these two letters in the icon - as both carry equal weight in the business name. (Bor being an abbreviation from bore, or borehole; and Tek for technology.)
The ‘B’ and ‘T’ is encapsulated by a green radius representing the earth with a light green. As the icon indicates the action of boring, starting at the top of the earth, going deep into the earth where BorTek begins it’s work.
The ‘T’ also represents the earth’s surface, extended with the action of a drill representation. The ‘B’ represents the action of directional drilling (being able to bore down the core at an angle).")
