While a little bumpy in the beginning (some amateurish designs and some that were way off from my creative brief), I ended up working with two talented designers who were receptive to feedback, very quick, and pleasant to deal with. I ended up buying two of the final designs because I couldn't decided which one I liked better. I bought the Bronze package and feel like I got good work for what I paid. I would recommend 99designs to other small business owners.
