The village that the restaurant is situated in is called Björnlunda; Björn meaning bear and is the symbol of the village and therefore we would like to incorporate a type of mascot and include the bear within this which will be used to further our social media and marketing ... The village is a rural, swedish countryside in the heart of Södermanland which is a beautiful area of ... The specific village is home to a lot of vacation houses with people visiting predominantly from Stockholm but also from around the ... So during summer months we are looking to target quite a wide ... This is a full re brand of a business that has been there for decades which has been more along the lines of a fast food place and owned by an older crowd and therefore we want to move away from this image as we are a young couple opening up and what to portray this within our brand ... So fun, yet quite simple, we are thinking circular, we want to portray that we are an all in one with a restaurant, café and bar which we thought could be playful with symbols rather than words to keep it simple and ... As mentioned the bear mascot, possibly just a face would be ... The building itself is a wooden structure, currently red, boring and run down but we will be making it a light grey with black and white ...
