Ergänzt wird der Jahrmarkt mit Essständen und Unterhaltungszonen, die von lokalen Vereinen bewirtet werden. Der Siebner Märt wird durch die Marktkommission Siebnen organisiert. Die Kommission besteht aus einigen Personen aus Siebnen, die sich je um ein Ressort kümmern. Die Marktkommission ist eine Kommission der Gemeinde Schübelbach, sie ist also nicht vollkommen unabhängig und berücksichtigt auch die Interessen der Gemeinde.
