Regarding your concern, I would like to clarify the process. I have been working on 99designs for the past 14-15 years, and I deeply respect the platform’s policies and guidelines. As per 99designs’ rules, I am required to wait for the escrow to be funded before sharing files. I hope you understand that this is to ensure the fairness and security of both parties.
When you initially mentioned the requirements, I promptly sent an initial mock-up file even before the escrow was funded. When the small change was asked, I kindly asked you to fund the escrow, as I could not send any files until that step was complete. I want to emphasize that I never requested you to release the funds prematurely, only to fund the escrow so I could proceed further.
I deeply value professionalism and client satisfaction, and I am thrilled that you are happy with the quality of my design. I look forward to building long-term partnerships and am always available to address any questions or concerns. Your feedback is invaluable, and I truly appreciate your understanding."
