The best experience I have had with a designer(s). I originally was going to have my logo done by friends however, they flaked (I don't recommend using friends for work related things). When I saw 99designs, I decided to give it a try and realized that it was the best service I have ever received from a company. Not only were all the designers flexible and compliant with requests, they even made suggestions on what would look awesome! Best money my business has spent so far, and I couldn't recommend them enough!
